New Computers

Our fees aren't based on how much you shell out for your PC.  We charge a flat rate for our service.  This means that our incentive is to help you find the best deal out there!  Here's our prices.

• Help you locate a retailer that has a PC that fits your needs - $50
• Custom build PC to your specifications - $100 + Parts

Computer Upgrades/Repairs

We can diagnose and repair most hardware problems.  We charge $75 for the first 2 hours and $50 per hour after (plus parts).  Most problems seldom require more than the initial 2 hour charge.  House calls are subject to travel time charges.

Windows Troubleshooting

Diagnosis and repair of Windows problems is done at the same rate as hardware work however we offer a few flat rate solutions:

• Windows Tune Up: Insure patches are up to date, remove redundant spyware/anti virus software (common cause of slow running PC's) and perform routine software maintenance - $40
• Clean Install: Backup data and reinstall Windows - $75 first 8GB data included, $10 per each additional 8GB.  (Backup fees are waived if you provide a backup device)

Wireless Networks

We can design, install, or troubleshoot your wireless network.  We'll work with your Internet Service Provider to make sure your network is running properly - $75 + travel time and parts.
